We currently collect and process the following information: When you contact us we will ask for your name, your address, your email address, and a contact telephone number. The personal information we ask for is only for the purpose of being able to fulfill any requests by you or orders from you. We use that information in order to process and fulfill your requests and/or orders and to have a record of any chargeable transactions as required by law.

We will not ask you for any personal financial information. The information that you give us is retained securely on our computer system and we will not divulge or share any of your information with any third parties or use your information in any other way than that specified.

** We do not process card payments or have access to any of our customers credit or debit card details. All card payments are processed and retained by a third party, Paypal. We may occasionally need to request details of your bank account (sort code and account number) if we are required to make a partial or full refund and you have paid initially by a direct bank transfer.

You have the right of access to copies of any personal information that we hold and the right to ask us to alter it if it is incorrect. You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your information or, in certain circumstances, to erase it. You have the right to object to our processing your information. You have the right to request that we transfer your information to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request we have one month to respond to that request.
